PARK INSPECTIONS

James Bayliss Property and Auto Care Services are registered with the RPII (Register of Park Inspectors International) as Outdoor Operational Inspectors.

This enables us to inspect all play equipment, surfacing and furniture and report any defects identified within the play area. This will include the immobilization of any dangerous items of equipment.

We can carry out routine inspections as required. This could be a set contract, or it could be to cover inspections during shorter periods of e.g. illness, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation.
